In preparation for the 2016 regular season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in association with Clearwater Regional Chamber, The St. Petersburg Chamber, and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, hosted their annual Kickoff Luncheon at the Hilton Tampa Downtown on Wednesday afternoon. For attendees, the highlight of the afternoon was the Back to Football Forum with special guests General Manager Jason Licht, Head Coach Dirk Koetter, Quarterback Jameis Winston and Linebacker Lavonte David.
Attendees listened attentively as Jason Licht and Coach Koetter spoke about the anticipation surrounding the upcoming regular season. "We're excited about our draft class and what they can do for our team", said Licht. Coach Koetter was particularly enthusiastic about the outlook for this season's defense saying, "I am excited about the defense. I think people are going to be very nervous about the Bucs defense."

Jameis Winston and Lavonte David also weighed in with their thoughts about this year' s season. "We've got a lot of talent. We just have to show the world", said Winston. While David spoke about the high level of effort on the team saying, "You can't teach effort, these guys have it."
Guests also enjoyed a delicious lunch, lively conversation, and some sought after door prizes. Several lucky fans won autographed helmets, a pair of Ring of Honor game tickets, and literally the autographed jerseys off Jameis Winston and Lavonte David's backs!
