Week Four Expert Picks: Eagles vs. Buccaneers

The Bucs are underdogs at home against the Eagles in Week Four, but some analysts see them righting the ship after a disappointing Week Three loss to Denver

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers stay at home for a second straight weekend, welcoming a familiar foe in the Philadelphia Eagles. Both teams are 2-1 and seeking to solidify their status as true NFC contenders. To find out how to watch, listen and livestream the game, click here.

There are a lot of competing factors that have led national NFL analysts to split on who they expect to win Sunday's contest at Raymond James Stadium. Both teams are dealing with significant injuries, though the Buccaneers are hoping for the potential return of both right tackle Luke Goedeke and nose tackle Vita Vea. The Eagles could be without three key offensive pieces in right tackle Lane Johnson and wideouts A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

One expert who picked the Eagles was specifically worried about the Eagles' ability to get pressure from the interior line against a Bucs team that has allowed 12 sacks over the past two games. Another sees the Bucs as primed for a bounce-back after a rough outing against Denver last weekend. One even includes a very specific prediction: The Bucs stonewall an Eagles "tush push" attempt for a goal-line stand at the end of regulation.

The Buccaneers are 2.5-point underdogs at home but there's not much agreement in the experts' picks. Here's what some of them are saying:

NFL.com – Three analysts trust Eagles rushing attack but Bucs pick up two votes

ESPN.com – Three picks for the Eagles, with relatively high-scoring predictions

CBSSports.com – Pete Prisco sees issues for Bucs in both trenches, goes with Philly

USA Today – Four analysts split down the middle, and all provide score predictions

Bleacher Report – The most supportive outlet of the Bucs, with six of eight picks going their way

Pro Football Talk – Former Buccaneer Chris Simms picks Eagles, and Mike Florio agrees

Sports Illustrated – It's an even split among six analysts
