The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will try to mount their first three-game winning streak of the 2024 season on Sunday, playing the Las Vegas Raiders at home after consecutive road wins over the Giants and Panthers. The Buccaneers are locked into a first-place tie with Atlanta in the NFC South and are treating all their remaining outings as if they are playoff elimination games. Some analysts think the Buccaneers are getting hot at the right time as they battle Atlanta for the NFC South title. Others think Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell staying on a streak of his own against the NFL's 30th-ranked pass defense after his strong performance in Kansas City. One analyst predicts a "cleaner" performance from Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield after the narrow win over the Panthers. From some, it comes down to the Bucs having more to play for while the Raiders have already been eliminated from playoff contention.

CBS Sports' Pete Prisco sums it up as such:

"This is a long trip for the Raiders, who are on the road for the second straight week. Aidan O'Connell did some good things against the Chiefs, and I think he will be able to keep the Raiders in this one. In the end, Baker Mayfield will make some plays late to win it."

The Buccaneers are 6.5-point favorites against a Raiders team that has lost eight in a row but is coming off a near upset of the one-loss Kansas City Chiefs. A majority of the experts think that line makes sense. Here's what some of them are saying:
