2023 HIGHLIGHTS:

In the Week 1 victory at Minnesota, McLaughlin matched his career long by connecting on a 57-yard go-ahead field goal with 5:10 remaining in the game. He finished 4-for-4 on kicks, going 2-for- 2 on field goals (36, 57) and 2-for-2 on extra points.

His 57-yard field goal in Week 1 was tied for the fifth-longest field goal made in franchise history.

In the Week 2 victory over Chicago, went 2-for-3 on field goals - converting from 25 and 26 yards out - while adding three extra points for a total of nine kicking points.

In Week 3 vs. Philadelphia, converted on 33-yard field goal attempt for his only kick of the night.

In the Week 4 victory at New Orleans, made all four kicks (2 FG, 2 PAT) for a total of 8 kicking points. Connected on field goal attempts from 28 and 51 yards.

Converted both field goal tries in Week 6 vs. Detroit, connecting from 33 and 36 yards out.

In Week 7 vs. Atlanta, went 2-for-2 on field goal tries, connecting on attempts from 24 and 36 yards out. His 36-yard attempt was a game-tying kick with 45 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.

In Week 8 at Buffalo, converted 1-of-2 field goal tries and went 1-for-1 on extra points. His made field goal came from 57 yards out, matching his then-career- high.

Recorded a then-season-high 13 kicking points in Week 9 at Houston, going 3-for- 3 on field goal tries and 4-for-4 on extra point attempts. His made field goals came from 35, 49 and 55 yards out

In the Week 10 victory over Tennessee, went 2-for-2 on field goal tries, and 2-for-2 on extra point attempts for a total of eight kicking points. McLaughlin connected on field goal tries from 25 and 35 yards out.

Went 2-for-2 on extra points in Week 11 at San Francisco. Did not attempt a field goal.

In Week 12 at Indianapolis, went 4-for-4 on kicks, going 2-for-2 on field goals and 2-for-2 on extra points. His converted field goals came from 21 and 24 yards out.

In the Week 13 victory over Carolina, converted all three extra point attempts for a total of three kicking points.

In the Week 14 victory over Atlanta, went 5-for-5 on kicks, including 2-for-2 on field goal tries and 3-for-3 on extra point attempts. The field goal makes came from 38 and 55 yards out.

In the Week 15 victory at Green Bay, converted both field goal attempts (39 and 46 yards) and added four extra points for a total of 10 kicking points.

In the Week 16 win over Jacksonville, went 6-for-6 on kicks, including 3-of-3 on field goal tries, with makes coming from 24, 31, and 51 yards out. McLaughlin's three made field goals extended his streak of consecutive made field goals to 15 straight.

Went 1-for-1 on his lone extra point attempt in Week 17 vs. New Orleans.

In the Week 18 victory at Carolina, converted all three field goals he attempted, including matching his career long with a 57-yarder.

McLaughlin finished the 2023 regular season with a Tampa Bay franchise record 93.5% field goal success rate (29-for-31), including making his last 18 field goals.

In the Wild Card round victory over Philadelphia, went 3-for-3 on field goal tries, converting on attempts from 28, 54 and 48 yards out. His 54-yard field goal marked a new club record for the longest made field goal in a playoff game.

McLaughlin's three made field goals in the Wild Card round were tied for the second-most in a playoff game in team history.

In the Divisional round contest at Detroit, converted 1-of-2 (50%) field goals and 2-of-2 (100%) point after tries for a total of five kicking points.

COLLEGE:

Appeared in 33 games across three seasons at the University of Illinois (2016- 18), converting 44-of-59 (74.6%) field goal tries and 79-of-79 (100%) extra point attempts after walking onto the team as a freshman in 2014.

As a senior, he led the Big Ten in field goals per game
