A hamstring ailment that landed defensive lineman Vita Vea on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' injury report late in the week will not prevent him from playing on Monday night against the Baltimore Ravens. In addition, the foot injury that kept starting running back Rachaad White out of last weekend's game in New Orleans will only cost him one outing; he is back to being active in Week Seven.
Vea and White were two of four players listed as questionable on the Buccaneers' final injury report, and all four have been cleared to play. That list also included wide receiver Trey Palmer, who has cleared the NFL's concussion protocol and will return to action after missing two games, and defensive lineman Earnest Brown, who was activated from injured reserve on Saturday after recovering from a ribs injury.
The Buccaneers and Ravens submitted their list of inactives at 6:45 p.m. ET on Monday, 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff of their game at Raymond James Stadium. The Buccaneers currently have 52 players on their active roster after a series of roster moves earlier in the afternoon but now have 53 available for Monday's game after elevating punter Trenton Gill from the practice squad. That meant the Bucs had to name five inactives to get down to the game-day limit of 48.
The Ravens will be without rookie running back Rasheen Ali, who made his NFL debut in Week Six after being activated from injured reserve but subsequently sustained an ankle injury. Two reserve defenders, linebacker Malik Harrison and defensive tackle Broderick Washington, are also out due to groin and knee ailments, respectively.
