The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that the team has promoted wide receiver David Moore from the practice squad to the active roster, signed long snapper Evan Deckers to the practice squad, and waived cornerback Keenan Isaac from the active roster and re-signed him to the practice squad.
Moore (6-0, 219) has appeared in 53 career games (14 starts) between the Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers and Buccaneers, totaling 79 receptions for 1,174 yards and 13 touchdowns. Moore was elevated from the practice squad and played in Weeks 12-14 for Tampa Bay, logging one reception for 11 yards. The Gainesville, Texas, native played collegiately at East Central University (2013-16), where he amassed 157 career receptions for 2,775 yards and 35 touchdowns. Moore originally entered the league as a seventh-round pick (No. 226 overall) of the Seahawks in the 2017 NFL Draft. He wears No. 19 for Tampa Bay.
Deckers (6-3, 252) originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Buccaneers on May 12, 2023. The Avon, Connecticut, native played collegiately at the University of Massachusetts (2018-21) and Duke University (2022), appearing in 53 career games. Serving as the primary long snapper, he assisted on a total of 218 kicks and 272 punts during his collegiate career. He will wear No. 86 for Tampa Bay.
Isaac(6-2, 186) originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Buccaneers in May 2023. He has appeared in two games for Tampa Bay this season, contributing to the Week 4 victory at New Orleans and the Week 10 win over Tennessee. The Midfield, Alabama, native played collegiately at Alabama State (2018-22), appearing in 36 games and amassing 122 tackles, 21 passes defensed, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and 1.0 sack. He wears No. 16 for Tampa Bay.
