Spencer Dille enters his 13th season with the Buccaneers and third as senior director of football technology.
Dille is responsible for the development and maintenance of all football-related software and technology. He works closely with the front office, scouting department, trainers and coaching staff in the implementation of the latest technology and football-related applications. Additionally, Dille serves as a liaison between the information technology department and football operations, helping to troubleshoot a variety of technological issues on a continual basis.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dille was responsible for developing the technology game plan behind the Buccaneers virtual draft. He played a key role setting up General Manager Jason Licht and Head Coach Bruce Arians' home offices to make selections for the 2020 NFL Draft.
Prior to joining the Buccaneers, he spent seven years (2004-11) with COMANCO Environmental Corporation, managing and developing their operational technology. From 2011-12, he worked with Kobie Marketing, developing their loyalty management software platform. Dille received both his Bachelors of Computer Engineering and Masters of Computer Science degrees from the University of Minnesota.
Dille resides in Tampa with his wife, Deborah, their three children, Amelia, Erik and Josephine.
