Matt Taylor enters his eighth season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, working as the team's assistant video director. In his current role, Taylor works with Video Director Brett Greene to maximize the football technologies used by coaches, players and football personnel on a day-to-day-basis.
Taylor joined the Buccaneers after spending two seasons with XOS Digital, working as a Technical Support Representative. Prior to that, he worked in the video department of the Miami Dolphins, first as an intern (2003), before being elevated to video assistant (2005-08), assistant video director (2009-13) and interim video director (2014).
In addition to his time in Miami, Taylor has worked in the video departments of the Cologne Centurions of NFL Europe, the Chicago Bears, the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Destroyers of the Arena Football League.
A native of Albion, New York, Matt and his wife, Lindsay, have two sons, Wesley and Clayton and a daughter, Josie.
