Brett Greene enters his eighth season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, working as the team's video director.
In his current role, Greene is responsible for overseeing the video department and maximizing the football technologies used by coaches, players and football personnel on a day-to-day basis. He is also in charge of purchasing and maintaining video and digital equipment. During the 2018 offseason, Greene upgraded the Buccaneers' on-field camera operations, purchasing three "mast cams" from 8K Solutions.
Greene helped play a key role during the NFL's first ever virtual draft. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Buccaneers had to recreate draft rooms outside of AdventHealth Training Center. Greene was stationed with Head Coach Bruce Arians to help troubleshoot any technical issues and make sure all three days ran smoothly.
Greene came to Tampa Bay from the University of Georgia, where he worked as the Director of Video Operations from 2011-16. With the Bulldogs, Greene oversaw all video software and equipment at the Butts- Mehre football facility, in addition to supervising the filming and editing of the team's practices and games. In 2015, Greene was part of the Georgia video department that earned the Ultimate SAVVY Award and the SAVVY Award in the College Sports Video Association Recruiting category.
Prior to his time at Georgia, Greene spent nine seasons (2002-10) in the video department of the Jacksonville Jaguars, working under head coaches Tom Coughlin and Jack Del Rio, while also working with former Buccaneers Head Coach Dirk Koetter, who served as the Jaguars' offensive coordinator from 2007-11.
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Brett and his wife Meghan have two sons, Connor and Hudson, and a daughter, Emmie.
