Brad Berlin enters his ninth season with Tampa Bay, directing all of the team's equipment operations and logistics since joining the team in 2016. He was a key member of the support staff for Tampa Bay's Super Bowl LV championship team.
Berlin came to the Buccaneers after spending the prior two seasons as the Director of Equipment Operations for the University of Michigan (2014-15), overseeing equipment operations for all 31 athletic teams and directing seven full-time equipment managers.
Prior to joining the Wolverines, Berlin spent 13 years with the Washington Commanders (2001-13), serving as the head equipment manager for the team, overseeing all aspects of the equipment and locker rooms at the practice facility and FedEx Field.
Before entering the NFL, Berlin spent nine years working at the collegiate level, beginning his career as the head equipment manager with Utah State (1992-93). He worked as the head equipment manager at Colorado State (1994-98) and Missouri in the same capacity (1998-99), before becoming the assistant athletic director for equipment at Louisville (2000).
A native of Marshall, Missouri, Berlin earned a bachelor's degree in educational studies and sports management from Missouri in 1989 and later earned a master's of education degree in sports management from Missouri in 1993. He and his wife, Molly, have three children – daughters Hannah and Miranda and son Brady – and two granddaughters, Aubrey Jo and Hallie Rose.
