Sarah Evans enters her second season as senior manager of coaching operations for the Buccaneers and her eighth year with the organization overall.
In her current role, Evans works directly with head coach Todd Bowles on all aspects of day-to-day operations, facilitating structure, communication, and strategy within the coaching department.
Evans joined Tampa Bay as an events and entertainment intern in 2016 before being promoted full-time and spending seven years in the community impact department (2016-19, 2020-22), elevating to Senior Player Relations Manager. During her time in the community impact department, Evans collaborated with players, coaches, and staff on a variety of projects. She joined forces with the Social Justice Player Board on the creation of a first-of-its kind Youth Leadership Program that brought staff and players together to mentor Tampa Bay youth. She served as liaison for all player community programs and appearances. She also focused on the implementation of gender equality initiatives that foster the development of girls and women in football, including the Girls in Football Scholarship, the Women's Summit for Careers in Football, and Women of Red. Throughout her execution of the league's 'My Cause, My Cleats' program, she worked with artists and players to create over 250 pairs of custom cleats that supported charitable causes.
In addition to her experience with the Buccaneers organization, Evans has also held roles with Florida State Basketball, the Miami Marlins, the Miami Dolphins, and Roc Nation.
A native of Miami, Evans is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in sport management.
