ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) - Now that they've traded Tim Tebow, the Broncos can focus on free agents who might want to join Peyton Manning in Denver.
They also have a couple of higher picks in next month's draft to fill in holes following the trade of Tebow to the New York Jets.
General manager Brian Xanders said the Broncos received fourth- and sixth-round draft picks from the Jets for Tebow while New York gets a seventh-rounder - all in 2012.
Denver started shopping Tebow after signing Manning on Tuesday and quickly found a taker.
