"They've been huge, especially mentally. I think all our captains – with the exception of [Antoine] Winfield Jr. that was hurt – got at least nominated for a position of the Pro Bowl. That says a lot about the guys, their leadership off the field, the way they prepare and the way they get everybody ready on the field is unquestionable."

"It's been huge. Mike does so many things for so many people, inside and outside the building. He helps kids profusely, he's always having something and having an event, he's always sponsoring something, he's always there. He always takes time to sign autographs as well. His humanitarian work is without a doubt one of the best I've seen."

"He's calmed down. He's kind of settled down into his role and he understands – we always knew he was tough and could hit, but he understands what the defense is right now. He's starting to really come into his own right now, so we really like where he's at."

"Not at this time. We'll discuss it later on when the season is over but right now, no. [We're] trying to get to playoffs."

"He's playing at a very high level. [There are] a lot of great athletes in this game, a lot of people with great records in this game. It's a personal choice, either or. We love our guy."
