If Monday through Friday is just an unfortunate stretch of time you have to pass through between Tampa Bay Buccaneers game days, we've got good news for you.  This year, you can keep in touch with the Bucs every day of the work week through an impressive array of "Total Access" radio shows.

If you live in the Bay area, it's as easy as tuning your dial to WDAE 620 AM or US103.5 FM every evening between Monday and Friday.  If you're not close enough to pick up the signal, you're still in luck, as each radio show is also available as a podcast on Buccaneers.com the very next day.  Click here to visit the podcast archive page.  If you need more information as to how to download and listen to the podcasts, click here.

It all starts this Monday night, as Head Coach Raheem Morris will take to the airwaves to discuss the positives and negatives of Sunday's season-opener against Detroit from 5:00-6:00 p.m. ET, along with co-host T.J. Rives.  When Morris' hour is up, cornerback Ronde Barber will slide right into his chair so he and Rives can keep the Buc talk going from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

The best news is that there will be a Buccaneer waiting to discuss football every day from Monday through Friday.  In addition to Morris' 5:00 p.m. show on Monday, a prominent player will join one of the area's well-known broadcasters at 6:00 p.m. each night for an hour-long show.  Quarterback Josh Freeman, wide receiver Mike Williams and defensive tackle Gerald McCoy will be on the air all season, while the Monday and Friday shows are reserved for a rotating cast of prominent players in order to get a full perspective on the season.

Here's the exciting weekly lineup for Total Access in 2011:

  • Monday, 5-6 p.m.: Head Coach Raheem Morris with co-host T.J. Rives
  • Monday, 6-7 p.m.: Rotating player guest with co-host T.J. Rives
  • Tuesday, 6-7 p.m.: DT Gerald McCoy with co-host Dave Moore
  • Wednesday, 6-7 p.m.: QB Josh Freeman with co-host Steve Duemig
  • Thursday, 6-7 p.m.: WR Mike Williams with co-host T.J. Rives
  • Friday, 6-7 p.m.: Rotating player guest with co-host T.J. Rives

Total Access means you, too.  Each of the seven weekly shows is fully interactive, with the players and co-hosts taking call-ins from fans throughout the hour.  Fans wishing to discuss the latest game with Freeman, McCoy and the others can call in at any time during the show at 800-596-BUCS (2827).

The Buccaneers' Total Access radio lineup gives fans their most extended opportunity of the week to hear Coach Morris and the team's most prominent players break down the season's action.  Each show lasts an hour, much longer than any given press conference or interview during the week.  The extended format allows the players to get into more in-depth discussions of football and other topics with the fans, and to have fun in a more relaxed setting.  For many fans, the shows are perfectly timed for the drive home from work.

Plus, the podcasts of the shows mean you never have to miss one of these discussions, even if a particular radio show time isn't convenient for you.

So tune in Monday night to hear Morris and Barber talk about the Lions game and the beginning of their preparations for the Minnesota Vikings.  Those are just the first two of the multitude of Total Access shows in 2011 that will help you make it from Sunday to Sunday.
