Winston finished his day, so Mike Glennon came in and capitalized on the turnover with a touchdown pass to Russell Shepard.
Bruce Carter recovered a Bengals fumble to get the ball back to the offense. The Bucs put more on the board.
DJ Swearinger got a big hit to help slow down a driving Bengals offense. Bengals ended the drive with a field goal. Bucs up 23-3.
