AFC EAST
Miami clinches a playoff berth with a win or tie (vs. TB) or with an Indianapolis loss or tie (vs. Buffalo).
New York Jets clinch a playoff berth win a win (vs. Oakland) and with a Pittsburgh loss or tie (vs. NYG).
AFC CENTRAL
Tennessee clinches a playoff berth with a win or tie (vs. Cincinnati) or if the Indianapolis vs. Buffalo game ends in a tie.
Baltimore clinches a playoff berth with a win (vs. SD).
AFC WEST
Oakland clinches a playoff berth with a win or tie (vs. NYJ) or with both a Pittsburgh loss or tie (vs. NYG) and the Indianapolis vs. Buffalo game ends in a tie. Oakland also clinches a playoff berth with a loss (vs. NYJ) and all of the following: a Pittsburgh loss or tie (vs. NYG), a Buffalo loss (vs. Indy), a Baltimore win (vs. SD) and a Tennessee win or tie (vs. Cin).
Denver clinches a playoff berth with a win (vs. Seattle) and a Buffalo loss or tie (vs. Ind).
NFC EAST
New York Giants clinch a playoff berth with a win (vs. Pitt) and a loss by either New Orleans (vs. SF) or St. Louis (vs. Min). The Giants win the NFC East with a win (vs. Pitt) and a Philadelphia loss (vs. Cle).
Philadelphia clinches a playoff berth with a win (vs. Cle) or with losses by Tampa Bay (vs. Miami), New Orleans (vs. SF), and St. Louis (vs. Min) and with losses or ties by Green Bay (Detroit) and Washington (vs. Dallas).
NFC CENTRAL
Minnesota has clinched a playoff berth. If Minnesota wins (vs. STL), they win the NFC Central and clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. If Minnesota ties (vs. STL), they win the NFC Central and clinch a first-round playoff bye, and if New York Giants lose as well (vs Pitt), they clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. If Minnesota loses (vs. STL), they still win the NFC Central with a Tampa Bay loss or tie (vs. Miami).
NFC WEST
No teams can clinch a playoff berth in week 15.
The following teams have been officially eliminated from playoff contention: Arizona, Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, New England, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.
