We're underway in Raymond James Stadium!

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 2000 preseason comes to a close tonight with a tilt against the visiting Kansas City Chiefs. The Bucs, who have won nine straight games in Raymond James Stadium, including playoffs and preseason, would like to build momentum Friday night for what is surely the most anticipated season in team history.

The Bucs kicked off at 7:30 p.m. to start the game and had a 7-0 lead before the game was even three minutes old. Buccaneers.com has already started providing on-the-scene reports from Raymond James Stadium. The reports now being filed will include injury and lineup updates and what Dungy sees as the keys to the game.

You can find all this, and more, in Buccaneers.com's special gameday section. Now that the game is underway, look to this section for quarter-by-quarter wrap-ups of the action, constantly updated in-game photography, periodic stat updates, injury reports from the field, live scoring changes and a summary of all the scoring.

During the regular season, there will also be a link in this area to launch a live play-by-play applet of the game.

After tonight's contest, you'll want to stay in our special gameday section as it will provide a live link to a postgame press conference featuring Tony Dungy and one Buccaneer player. That press conference usually begins approximately 15-20 after the final gun, and it will also be available later in the evening on tape for those who miss the live version.

So join us tonight to keep on top of all the action and celebrate the end of the preseason and the beginning of a fantastic season.
