INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Indianapolis is 9-4 and is on the verge of making the playoffs.
Andrew Luck has won more games than any No. 1 overall draft pick since the 1970 merger, and Bruce Arians is within one victory of the highest total by an NFL interim coach in more than half a century.
This week, after winning six of their last seven games, the Colts face their biggest test yet: A road trip to Houston against the Texans.
Few thought the Colts would be in position to make the playoffs or possibly win the AFC South title this late in the season, yet here they are. One more win puts them in the playoffs. Three wins gives Indy its second division title of the Indy era without Peyton Manning.
