Over the weekend, while the NFL Draft was in full swing, Buccaneers wide receiver Adam Humphries was a special guest during two segments on the Golf Channel. Humphries, an avid golfer who tries to play two to three times a week in the offseason, said there are plenty of similarities between golf and football and enjoys the challenge of changing things up when he has an opportunity to take a break from football.
"It's a challenge and every day is different," Humphries said. "There's a lot of things you can relate golf and football to. Mostly it's the mental part. It's fun to go out there and have a bad day and learn from what you did on the course that day and go back out the next day and play well. It's a new challenge every day."
