The Buccaneers will host their first game of the preseason against the Detroit Lions on Friday, August 24 at 8:59 p.m. inside Raymond James Stadium.
The Bucs will be the home team for the first time in 2018 – and with most of the starters getting significant reps for the home crowd. As is customary with the third preseason game, the projected starters will get a good amount of work, which will translate into Bucs fans seeing the new look defensive line or maybe even a spectacular touchdown catch from just one of the Bucs' many flashy receivers firsthand. If you can't be there, the next best thing is watching it on television. It will be a primetime broadcast on CBS.
