1. GM Jason Licht
This year's Hard Knocks will be a little different than years past. Usually, NFL teams have two sets of cuts before announcing their 53-man roster, but this year every team in the league will go from 90 players to 53 in one fell swoop. That doesn't mean there aren't cuts, though, and Licht's decision to release kicker Roberto Aguayo will likely be front and center on the second episode of Hard Knocks. It will be interested to get a look behind the scenes to see what types of internal conversations there were and what ultimately influenced the team to depart with their former second-round draft pick.

- LB Riley Bullough**
Bullough was a pleasant surprise when the first episode of Hard Knocks aired. He's listed third on the depth chart at middle linebacker, but has been impressing his teammates, along with the Bucs' coaching staff, when given the opportunity. Bullough could be a player that Hard Knocks follows through camp as he fights for a roster spot. Keep an eye on whether Hard Knocks sticks with Bullough or moves on to one of the other several players battling on the bubble of the 53-man roster.
3. QB Jameis Winston
Hard Knocks made their point loud and clear last week: Jameis Winston will be the focal point of this year's series. NFL Films made a point to include a sound bite from Gerald McCoy talking about just how important Winston is to the franchise. Hard Knocks spent time with Winston back at his childhood home in Alabama and ended their opening episode with a montage of Winston listening to a motivational speech on his way into work one morning. There shoud be plenty more from the Buccaneers quarterback on the second episode, including his first preseason game against the Bengals.
