The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Houston Texans named their game day inactives on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their Week Three matchup at NRG Stadium. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.

The Buccaneers will play without TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins (shoulder), C Evan Smith (ankle) and S Major Wright (abdoment), all starters. Joe Hawley will get his first start as a Buccaneer in Smith's place. DE T.J. Fatinikun is active for the first time this season after recovering from a shoulder injury.

The Texans are missing two starters on the offensive line in Duane Brown and Jeff Adams and will also play a third straight game with RB Arian Foster. Houston came into the game with 52 players on the active roster instead of 53, so the team only had to declare six inactives.
