Bucs-Seahawks Inactives: Pamphile Cleared

Tampa Bay is back to its original starting O-Line with the return Kevin Pamphile…Seattle will be playing without defensive standouts Earl Thomas and Michael Bennett.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks named their game-day inactives on Sunday at 2:35 p.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their Week 12 contest at Raymond James Stadium. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.

After a couple weeks of upheaval, the Buccaneers' original starting offensive line is back together with the return of left guard Kevin Pamphile, who missed the last two games due to a concussion. However, primary backup Evan Smith is out again with a knee injury, which means rookie Caleb Benenoch will be the team's interior-line reserve. The Buccaneers will also get running back Jacquizz Rodgers back after a three-game absence due to a foot injury.

The Seahawks will be operating with a very notable absence on defense. For the first time since he was drafted 14th overall in 2010, safety Earl Thomas will miss a game or a start, in this case due to a hamstring injury. Steven Terrell will start in his place. Seattle had hoped to get DE Michael Bennett back for Sunday's game but Bennett is also inactive, as is starting cornerback DeShawn Shead.
