The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions named their game day inactives on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their Week 14 matchup at Ford Field in Detroit. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.
For the second straight week, six of the Buccaneers' seven inactive spots are occupied by players who can't go due to injury. That includes five starters: left tackle Anthony Collins, middle linebacker Mason Foster, defensive tackle Clinton McDonald and tight ends Brandon Myers and Austin Seferian-Jenkins (the Bucs have listed both TEs as starters since the loss of their lone fullback, Jorvorskie Lane). LB Danny Lansanah, who has already started seven games at strongside linebacker and two at weakside linebacker, will take over in the middle with Foster out.
Detroit will be without starting DT Nick Fairley for the sixth straight week with a knee injury. C.J. Mosley will continue to start in his absence.
