The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs named their game-day inactives on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their Week 11 contest at Arrowhead Stadium. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.
After playing their Week 10 game without two offensive line starters, the Buccaneers are pleased to get at least one back, as center Joe Hawley will play after missing one game with a knee injury. His primary backup, Evan Smith, is out with his own knee injury, which means first-year man Ben Gottschalk will be ready to step in at any of the interior-line positions if needed. One of those three spots, left guard, will be occupied by rookie Caleb Benenoch, making his second NFL start as Kevin Pamphile remains in the league's concussion protocol.
Kansas City will be without its top wideout, Jeremy Maclin, for a second straight game due to a groin injury. In addition, the Chiefs' defense will be missing two starters, DE Jaye Howard and CB Marcus Peters. Peters has led the NFL with 13 interceptions since the start of last season.
