The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has signed offensive lineman Kelvin Palmer.
Palmer (6-4, 290) originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Arizona Cardinals in 2014. He spent the 2014 offseason and preseason with Arizona and spent most of the 2014 season on the Cardinals' practice squad. The Baylor product was waived by Arizona during the 2015 offseason and spent time with the Kansas City Chiefs before joining the Pittsburgh Steelers for the 2015 season, although he did not see any playing time during the season. He was waived by Pittsburgh this past offseason. The Dallas, Texas native will wear No. 70 for the Buccaneers.
