The Buccaneers and Rams released their second injury reports on Tuesday leading up to Thursday night's game in St. Louis. Linebacker Bruce Carter, wide receiver Vincent Jackson, and defensive tackle Akeem Spence remained sidelined, while LB Lavonte David was elevated to a full participant. Three Rams were held out of practice on Tuesday – offensive tackle Andrew Donnal, cornerback Eric Patterson and defensive end Robert Quinn.
