After a standout performance against the 49ers in Week 7, Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber has been nominated for the NFL's Rookie of the Week award. Barber rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries, averaging seven yards per attempt. Only one running back in the league with 10 or more carries averaged more yards per attempt than Barber in Week 7. Barber had just three carries for five yards in his previous five games.

Also up for the NFL's Rookie of the Week award are Chicago defensive end Leonard Floyd, San Diego defensive end Joey Bosa, Cleveland defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah, and New Orleans wide receiver Michael Thomas.

The NFL's Rookie of the Week award is determined by a fan vote, so Buccaneer fans are encouraged to vote for Barber early and often. The winner will be announced on Thursday. Bucs fans can vote for Barber by clicking **HERE**.
