1. QB Jameis Winston
Winston is coming off of one of his best games as a pro, earning a 131.6 passer rating against the Eagles, which is a career-high. Winston has had success protecting the football after finishing five of his past six games without an interception. When the Bucs meet the Colts, Winston will be tested. The Colts have one of the NFL's worst passing defenses, giving up the fourth-most passing yards per game, but have been successful taking the ball away. Indianapolis has 13 interceptions thus far, tied for the fifth-most in the league. The team is one interception shy of being part of a four-way tie for second.

2. RB Doug Martin
Sunday could be the day that Doug Martin breaks the 1,000-yard mark for the second time in his career. Through 10 games, the running back has 941 yards, the second-most in the league. If he continues to perform at the level he has been, he should reach the milestone; Martin averages 94.1 yards per game this season.

- DT Gerald McCoy**
McCoy put together a multi-sack game against the Eagles and appears to be hitting his stride after battling through a shoulder injury for most of the season. He picked up two sacks against Philadelphia in Week 11, moving up to No. 6 on the Bucs' all-time sack list. He's set to face the league's oldest quarterback in Matt Hasselbeck on Sunday.
4. CB Jude Adjei-Barimah
The Colts have two of the NFL's top 30 wide receivers in T.Y. Hilton and Donte Moncrief, who are No. 27 and No. 28 in the league in receiving yards, respectively. Adjei-Barimah and Sterling Moore will be responsible for making sure the duo move down on that list next week.
5. DE Jacquies Smith
Smith was sidelined with an ankle injury in Week 7 and returned to the field last week. His impact was felt immediately as he picked up a sack in his first game back. Despite missing three games, Smith is tied for the team-lead in sacks with six. McCoy also has six on the season.
