On Sunday, September 8 at Raymond James Stadium, the Buccaneers will host the Commanders to kick off the 2024 regular season slate. The Bucs will face rookie dual-threat quarterback Jayden Daniels in Week One and Washington's new head coach, Dan Quinn. After the Bucs managed to re-sign Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans, Antoine Winfield Jr., Tristan Wirfs and Lavonte David this offseason, while also bringing back Jordan Whitehead, expectations are high for Tampa Bay.
