There are many reasons to be excited about the Bucs' offense in 2015.

The team will have a new offensive coordinator in Dirk Koetter, who was hired from the Atlanta Falcons in January, along with a new, balanced offensive system.

"I believe in a balanced offense a lot," Koetter said in his first conference call after being hired by the Buccaneers. "The reason for that is if you ask any defensive coach what's the hardest thing to defend, one of the first things he'll tell you is balance."

"Defenses are just too good nowadays in the NFL, if they can get a tip and they know they only have to stop one thing, they're pretty good at stopping that one thing. Balance is huge."

Koetter is not the only new addition to the Bucs' offensive coaching staff. The team will have a new quarterbacks coach in Mike Bajakian, who served as the offensive coordinator for the University of Tennessee in 2014.

Having a coach to focus all of his time and effort into being the team's offensive coordinator will be something new as well.

In 2014, the Buccaneers had then-quarterbacks coach Marcus Arroyo step in and serve dual roles after health complications prevented former offensive coordinator Jeff Tedford from fulfilling his duties.
